Challenges:

When  we implement our programs in communities , several challenges  arise:
In our  education program, we are currently facing  the  challenge of limited resources to  improve  and develop  our infrastructures  especially in  improving  and extending our training rooms, build up dormitories  , acquire enough training equipments and materials  and having enough resources to support  teachers among others.  
we operate a community health facility which need more machines  to increase  quality health service  delivery to community members . We  have limited machines to carry out testings and other medical supplies. We also have limited resources to implement community  health programs that improve the quality of life.
 

Volunteers engagement,

VECECAB  implements  a volunteer program where volunteers  make a big  difference  in the community. Currently  we  are implementing a volunteer program with SES-
 
Limited access to training facilities, inadequate or  inaccessible training facilities is a challenge we always face while delivering of agriculture training programs
 
Insufficient equipment and materials; lack of necessary equipment, tools, and materials can limit the effectiveness of our service delivery to farmers
 
Poor internet and communication connectivity can hinder our online access to resources, expert advice, and also information.
 
Limited funds can also restrict the scope, quality and research.
 
Community members lack the necessary knowledge skills and expertise to adopt new changes in the community
 
Low literacy levels can also hinder community members’ ability to access and understand written information such as training manuals.
 
Limited participation of women and youth in these agriculture training programs, and yet they contribute a big number in our communities and

A theory of change is a powerful tool for planning, implementing, and evaluating social change initiatives.
 
We believe that poverty and marginalization can hinder people’s ability to contribute or participate in community development programs. And in the end, they are disconnected from opportunities. Our work restores the confidence, capacity and ability of the members to dream and be empowered to connect to various opportunities. We support less fortunate community members to experience significant growth of their own powers and fulfill their potential as well as empowering them in discovering and celebrate their own capacity and abilities to make significant changes in their communities.

Is top forward fundamental changes among the community members and their communities, improve functional skilled people and promote a better standard of living, which would enable communities to re-awaken to strengthen and unite their population to foster a spirit of development.
